Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. Orders shipped ground are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt and delivered within 5-7 days.
Second day delivery is available for orders received Monday through Friday.
Shipping times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery.

Q. Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
A. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available

Q. Do you deliver outside the continental U.S.?

Q. Can I pick up my order at the Campus Store?
A. Yes. You may pick up your order at the Schine Student Center Campus Store. Beginning February 5, 2021 you may pick up your textbook order at the ESF Bookstore. SU or ESF I.D. required when picking up your order.

Q. Is there a charge?
A. No. There is no charge for orders picked up at the Schine Student Center Campus Store or the ESF Bookstore.

Q. Where do I pick it up?
A. Orders can be picked up:

  • In the Schine Student Center Campus Store. Check signage when arriving for exact location.
  • At the ESF Bookstore. During the period designated by SUNY ESF, textbook orders for ESF students are available at the ESF Bookstore.

Q. When will my order be ready to pick up?
A. For orders received by midnight, your order will usually be ready for pickup the next business day (Monday-Friday). When you receive your order processed email you know the order is ready for pickup.

Q. Can I have my order delivered to my Syracuse University residence hall?
A. Yes

Q. Is there a charge for residence hall delivery?
A. No. Residence hall delivery is FREE!

Q. When will my order be delivered to my residence hall?
A. Your order will be delivered to the front desk of your residence hall on the second business day after you place your order. Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

Q. How do I contact you about my order?

Q. How do you use my email address?
A. After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have checked that you would like to receive email about special promotions, we will send you that information. But, we don't share our mailing lists with anyone and will not send you any unsolicited email.

Q. When do you charge my credit card?
A. Your credit card is charged when we process your order for delivery. Should one of your items be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly by email and you will not be charged for that item until we are ready to ship/deliver it to you.
